NEXT-LEVEL ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED

Our next Architectural Project Manager will enjoy working with incredible clients and a talented team. Each day this individual will have the opportunity to manage a highly driven team of designers, as well as collaborating with a detailed Construction team and a progressive Interior Design team all while being supported by a strong administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads projects from schematic design and design development. through construction documents and administration.

  • Develops design and construction documents for bidding and construction on multiple projects.

  • Responsible for team productivity throughout each Project. The PM will consistently meet with team members to direct workload and review project timelines/milestones.

  • Will develop design / space plans based upon the Client’s approved program requirements (assist client with programming).

  • Performs Punch Lists at Substantial Completion and organizes & directs the architectural and/or engineering team to execute the work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner.

  • Exhibits entrepreneurial qualities that could support business development.

  • Performs quality assurance checks on all drawings and documents related to assigned projects.

  • Issues progress review sets of drawings to Project Architect/senior management team at various levels of development, according to established project milestone dates.

  • Makes decisions independently and/or as part of the management team, to adhere to the Design Concept, Project Budget, Project Timelines and Milestones.

  • Exhibits excellent administrative and personal time management skills and prioritizes assigned tasks and delegates efficiently to maintain established project timelines and milestones.

  • Advises Senior Management team of any deviations to project timelines and milestones.

  • Oversees training of staff and implementation of office drafting standards, providing mentorship and assistance in solving technical-related project complexities.

  • Applies excellent research skills to ensure project code compliance and to fully develop project technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • 5-year Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture from an Accredited College or University --OR-- 5-7 years of relevant work experience under the direct supervision of a Registered Architect.

  • Pursuit of Architectural Registration/Licensure preferred. 

  • Possess a high-level knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Windows-based systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams); proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, AI renderings preferred.

  • Understanding modern architectural / construction means and methods; and the ability to fully detail these systems in coordination with structural, mechanical, and civil trades.

  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills among the project team, consultants, and clients.
