Each day this individual will have the opportunity to manage a highly driven team of designers, as well as collaborating with a detailed Construction team and a progressive Interior Design team all while being supported by a strong administrative staff.

Responsibilities:
Take ownership of residential and commercial projects, ensuring their successful completion.
Manage and coordinate a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in project development.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects, fostering their professional growth and development.
Ensure that all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to address project requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.
Utilize strong organizational skills to track deadlines, monitor project progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among team members.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience as a licensed architect, with a proven track record of managing and delivering architectural projects.
Proficiency in Revit and construction document software.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Extensive knowledge of engineering coordination, county approvals, and construction detailing.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
